Esra Şahin is a highly accomplished dietitian specializing in nutrition, genetics, and sports nutrition. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Uludağ University (2008-2010) and later pursued a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Istanbul Bilgi University (2010-2015), where she graduated with honors. In 2019, she completed her Master’s degree in Advanced Nutrition, Sports Nutrition, and Genetic Nutrition at Bilgi University. Currently, she is pursuing an Integrated PhD in Nutrition and Dietetics at Istinye University. Alongside her academic achievements, Esra Şahin has been actively involved in research and education. She serves as a faculty member at Istanbul Biruni University, where she teaches Sports Nutrition, Principles of Nutrition, and Laboratory Applications in Nutritional Sciences. Her professional experience includes working as a Clinical and Polyclinic Dietitian at Liv Hospital (Ulus) from 2019 to 2022. Since January 2022, she has been the founder of Esra Şahin Nutrition, Genetics, and Health Center, where she provides personalized nutrition counseling and genetic-based dietary interventions. With a strong background in nutrigenetics, sports nutrition, and clinical dietetics, Esra Şahin continues to contribute to the field through research, academic teaching, and private practice, offering cutting-edge solutions for optimal health and well-being.
