In 2010, she graduated from the Department of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation at Baskent University, Faculty of Health Sciences. In 2015, she completed her Master's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation at Hacettepe University, followed by a Ph.D. in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from the same university in 2019. From 2011 to 2013, she worked as a Physiotherapist at Ankara Başkent Hospital. Between 2013 and 2017, she worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Health Sciences, Karabük University, and from 2017 to 2019, she held the same position at the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, Faculty of Health Sciences, Akdeniz University. Since 2020, she has been working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Gerontology, Faculty of Health Sciences, Akdeniz University, where she also teaches undergraduate, master's, and doctoral courses in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation, and Gerontology. She has numerous national and international publications and has served as a peer reviewer. She is a member of the Turkish Physiotherapists Association and has received training from the Epigenetic Coaching Program.
